Problems That Can Arise and How to Deal With Them
If you think we might have lost touch with you via email (for example, you did not receive a notice of an upcoming monthly meeting), here is some information about how to restore contact.
- Has your email address changed recently? If so, please let us know.
- Has your mailbox filled up? If so, then our messages to you are getting “bounced” (returned to us). You may need to empty your mailbox more frequently or delete old messages. Check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for solutions to this problem.
- Is spam-blocking software blocking our messages? Some anti-spam measures, whether installed on your own computer or implemented by your service provider, may be incorrectly identifying JGSGB messages as junk mail. If junk messages are put into a special mail folder, please look to see if our messages are there.
If you can’t resolve a problem or have any questions, please feel free to contact our email guru at email @ jgsgb.org.
